Please read carefully the conditions before buying at THEUPPERS.COM. By using this website you are accepting the purchasing conditions. Since they can be updated, we recommend you keep up to date with them in order to notify any change.

 

1. Shipping information

Every purchases at THEUPPERS.COM will be free shipping over 200€ in Europe. If you require any shipping outside of this area, consult the conditions by email

2. Delivery terms

10€ in other countries and Free shipping over 200€.
SPAIN (PENINSULA) AND PORTUGAL
Delivery time – up to 72 working hours
EUROPEAN UNION (INCLUDED BALEARS, CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA AND MELILLA)
Delivery time – up to 5-7 working days

*ATENTION: The shipping terms can change if the product is out of stock.

 

3. Deliveries

Currently we ship to any country of the world.

 

4. Orders control

When the transfer is validated, we will inform you by email about the order conditions.
You will be able to follow up your purchase with the control code of TNT.COM.

 

5. Checking products

If the envelope is damaged, please don’t accept the delivery. You are responsible for checking the articles and notify in case of complaint. If the goods are imperfect you are allowed to return the products and we will refund the amount of the order together with the delivery cost.

 

6. Orders

THEUPPERS.COM is open 24 hours a day. It could be closed for maintenance from time to time. If this happens, you will be notified.
You must be more than 18 years old for purchasing in the website as well as having at your disposal the method of payment according to our conditions.

7. Exchanges and Returns

You may return any product ordered on the THEUPPERS.COM website for refund or exchange within THIRTY (30) calendar days from the delivery date. Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in the same condition in which it was received with all tags attached, and in the original packaging (including, if possible, the original delivery box).
The original invoice must be provided with any return.
If a package is damaged or incorrect in any way, please reach out to us immediately so we can note it, and therefore ensure a timely return and refund.

8. Method of payment

You need to fill in the form to complete your purchase at THEUPPERS.COM. The payment methods are PAYPAL or BANK TRANSFER. In any case, it is essential to attach the bank receipt to finish the purchase.

 

9. Payment processing

You will receive the reply to your request in 12-24 hours. You must make the payment and then you will receive the order confirmation with all the information.
